Fitting the Snore Guard

Step 1 - Boil 2-3 Minutes
Step 2 - Fit to upper teeth
Step 3 - Guide mandible into lower portion
Step 4 - Trim

Step 2

With patient sitting upright, center the upper tray over the front teeth. Exerting pressure uniformly on both sides, push the Snore Guard upward, forcing the maxillary teeth into the soft inner lining. (Fig. 3 & 4)
